If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on items returned in their original unworn condition within 14 days of the purchase. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If there was a mistake on the part of DL Eyewear, or in the case that the item received is defective or damaged, please email for further assistance.

When can I expect to receive my DL package? Are there currently any processing or shipping delays?

All DL Eyewear orders are shipped from the United States. Due to the current state of the global supply chain, all carriers are experiencing delays across their networks this year. With extra safety precautions and longer ship times, we are working hard to get you your package based on the shipping timetable below. Where does DL ship?

We ship all over the world. If a shipping service can get there, we will ship there. Please see estimated shipping times for international orders above. Packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are not included at the time of checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item ordered, the total dollar amount of the order, and the country of delivery.

Why is my tracking number not working?

If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at with your name, email and order number and we can help you locate your package.

For international orders outside the U.S., we use different shipping carriers depending on the location we are shipping to. Sometimes an alternate tracking number is provided after the package has cleared customs in your respective country. If you manually enter this alternate tracking number into your national mail delivery service’s website, you will get more detailed tracking information.

For example, in Australia enter the alternate tracking number on the Australian Post website. In Canada enter the alternate tracking number on the Canada Post site. In the U.K. enter the alternate tracking number on the Royal Mail website, etc.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order was placed with an incorrect shipping address, please email with your name, email and order number and we will do our best to correct it in time. However, once a shipping label has been produced, we are unable to change the address.

Customers can attempt to contact the shipping carrier to request an address change, but unfortunately it is out of our control at that point.

I live outside of the U.S. and my order is late, what can I do?

Our average delivery time for international shipments outside of the U.S. is 10-15 business days. Sometimes international shipments can take up to 30 days. Australia, Hong Kong and certain parts of Europe tend to take more time due to the unpredictable nature of customs clearance and demands on the local carriers that are utilized in the shipping chain.
